Warranty Policy
At Aetherion Soundworks, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects; however, it does not apply under the following conditions:
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear or any deterioration resulting from the natural aging of the product due to its function, materials, or prolonged usage and exposure to extended amount of UV.
Physical damage such as scratches, dents, wrinkles, color fading, loss of finish, fabric/leather beading, or foam compression arising from regular use.
Damage due to misuse or use beyond the intended purpose of the product.
Improper installation or assembly carried out independently by the customer without prior consultation or guidance from Aetherion Soundworks.
Modifications, repairs, or alterations not authorized by Aetherion Soundworks.
Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a replacement or return for products under the following conditions, provided the request is made within XX days from the date of delivery:
Eligible Conditions for Return/Replacement
The product delivered is different from the item ordered.
The product was received damaged or found defective upon unboxing.
Missing components or accessories as listed under "In the Box" on the product page.
Note:
All claims for items received in a physically damaged condition must be reported within XX hours of delivery. Valid image or video evidence of the damage is required. Requests made beyond this period may not be entertained.
Resolution Process
Aetherion Soundworks will strive to replace the damaged/missing component(s) at no additional cost within a stipulated time.
If a replacement is not available, a return and full refund will be initiated.
Refunds may be issued via:
Original payment method
Product replacement
Or a store voucher redeemable on our website
Please note:
Product details, including dimensions, are provided with the utmost accuracy. Slight measurement variations or color differences due to lighting or monitor settings are not considered defects.
Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality are not covered under warranty or eligible for return.

Cancellations
1.1 Before Order Processing
If your order has not yet been processed:
You may cancel the order directly from your account or by emailing us at support@aetherionsoundworks.com.
Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source within X working days, depending on your payment provider.
1.2 After Order Processing
If the order has already been processed:
The order becomes non-cancellable.
If the delivery is refused by the customer, two-way logistics charges will be deducted from the refund. These charges depend on the shipment's weight and destination zip code.
The refund will be processed once the return shipment is confirmed in transit and will be credited within X working days after processing.
